Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. For a return authorization please follow the Return link found in your 'Order Confirmation' email. Type in your email address and order number to apply for a refund.
- Items need to be unwashed, unworn, and in “like new” condition
- Original hangtags must still be attached
- Shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest sending via a trackable common carrier, USPS seems to be the most affordable option. If your item was defective or the wrong product was shipped, you may submit a wrong item sent refund request. Damaged merchandise refund requests are subject to inspection. If approved, Love & Fit will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Any package that arrives to us with additional shipping fees will be refused and returned to the sender. If a sender is not listed, the additional shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Final approval on all refund requests are determined by our returns team. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the full merchandise purchase price, this does not include any shipping costs.
